2. Make a deposit -- $80 for Baby Time, Together Time, or Play Time.  $100 for Young Musician

please print out the printable registration form, and mail it with a check.

                                   pay balance by check after receiving a mid-quarter statement by email
                       for families in YM, KB, or with 2 or more students enrolled in any level:
                                   8 monthly auto-pay installments on your credit card, Oct.1 through May 1
                                   3 auto-payments in thirds on your credit card--
                                              in this case, 1/3 will be put on card now (not 100), then 1/3 on Nov 1 and 1/3 on Feb 1)
                                   pay balance in fourths by check after receiving 4 bi-monthly statements by email,
